Yes, MoliTutu is completely free and open source. You only pay for your own Cloudflare R2 usage (which has a generous free tier).

Where is my data stored?

Your images are stored directly in your Cloudflare R2 bucket. MoliTutu does not store or process your data on any third-party servers.

Does it support macOS and Windows?

Yes, MoliTutu is built with Tauri and supports both macOS (Intel & Apple Silicon) and Windows 10/11.
